I had an appointment to have a recall notice addressed I told Glen Williams that the previous recall notice they had addressed seemed to be doing the same thing. I wasn't sure what to expect since he didn't know what might be wrong. While I waited I spent some time on the massage chair. That was great! In a couple of hours Glen told me the car was ready. He explained that the work was completed and the previous issue was resolved by simply replacing the unit. I was pleasantly surp

I am a mother of 2 boys, 2 years and 6 months, and it was pouring rain the day I had to stop at the quick lane and repair my tire that had a nail. All employees who seen me trying to get both boys out of the car in the pouring rain came to help and opened the doors. Marcus got my tire repaired and helped me back out all within 30 minutes!

I took my 2015 NEW Ford Explorer to Chris at Rusty Ek. Too long of a story to give a detailed account. Briefly, there was a clicking noise in the drivers seat. The dealership where I bought the vehicle tried to fix the noise issue and that dealership service manager tried to convince me that the noise was present in every NEW Ford Explorer. I told Chris the story and he had one of his associates check the problem and fixed the problem. Would highly recommend Rusty Ek's service departmen

I took my new car in for a couple of small warranty things and Stuart was so nice and helpful from the first phone call I made to him. It is very important for me to trust the dealer with me car because I do a lot of driving. Even though the one issue was not a FORD issue he helped me contact the glass company and get my issue taken care of.

I called after a wreck in KC and these two went to work helping me., I didn't have to wait more than 15 min at any time.. For a rental or even to settle the bill. I did have to come back in... Thinking oh no.., but Keri kicked it in gear and all was ready by time I arrived., I will use them again and again!!!

Rusty Eck did a great job repairing my vehicle. When I brought it in, the car wouldn't start. Everything was FREE to repair my vehicle because it was covered under warranty. After 2 days in the shop, and a free onsite rental car, my car now starts just fine and it didn't cost me anything!

Adriane was able to secure a price on a catalytic converter for us that we had researched ourselves, she made sure that the price online was the price we received, when it would have been easier to just say we cannot do that, she made the phone calls and got us the price. She is an asset to your company and has exceptional customer service skills, I will not hesitate to do business with her again.

My first experience buying a car by myself! Mario was very helpful and informative. All my questions were answered and he made it a fun experience. I was well cared for during the whole process. The employees are all quality people. Wayne Trent in finance, Shelby, who explained how sync works and others. This is the second car I've bought from Rusty Eck and I will stay with them.

I made an appointment w/Chris to have my oil changed and he got it in and out in no time at all. He also spoke to me about needing wipers and a new air filter before they were just changed. We also had work done before Christmas on 2 vehicles and had Chris' help at that time. My car had to be left for a few days so he arranged for me a ride home and a car for me to drive until mine was ready. Has been a great help every time we have gone in.

I came to the Quik Lane for servicing to my Focus. Rami Alwazani helped me tremendously. He explained what I needed to have done on my 09 focus. He helped my get approval for a Ford credit card to pay for the maintenance that the car needed. He was very polite and not pushy. I think Rami is an asset to the Ford family! Veronica Goodman

I was picking up my daughter from college in pittsburg when truck started missing out so Monday morning i called Chris told of my problems he scheduled me in he went out of his way to get me and my family on the road. I worked in a dealership for chevy for 15 years and knowing how much people appreciate you for helping them in dire need means a lot to them. I had a sudden problem with overheating on my Ford Focus. I called Rusty Eck and got Adriane Correa when connected with the Service Department. She got me right in, answered several questions, and was patient with me when I called back with another concern and need for further info- which she quickly provided to me. After shopping around town and getting the run around from a competitor, I visited Rusty Eck Ford and found a dealership that was up front and honest and helped me get in the car i wanted with no hassle. They made an honest deal the first time and I am very happy i found my way to their dealership! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new car!
